Sorry for not posting for a while. I’ve had a lot going on and a lot on my mind, and we just got back from spring break! But, it’s time to blog again, duh. Just about 8 more weeks until I graduate college………. wow.
Tonight all of my friends are going out for St. Patrick’s / Clover day! (Clover is my nickname!)
I am excited and I hope to drink a green beer, as my mom said I should.
I have too much clothing. I feel like I am keeping around a storehouse full of wholesale clothes in my closet, haha! I try to go through and get rid of stuff, but I like everything I have… I think the solution is to get a bigger closet. Haha!

Oh I wish I were an Oscar Meyer weiner. Haha! Not really. That would suck. That song is just stuck in my head somehow.
I feel like I’m drifting away from some of my friends that I wasn’t ever as close with, but now that I don’t hang out with them as much because I spend a lot of time with Will, I just feel like we aren’t really good friends anymore. Well, I guess that’s how life goes. I understand Ashley’s dilemma from last year now. I’m going through the same thing.
Will said he got reservations for Valentine’s day, and he won’t say where, he just says, “Don’t worry, I got reservations.” I hope it’s not somewhere expensive or I’d feel bad. I am excited to go out with him though. It’s really fun to have a Valentine this year.
Speaking of Will, he just ordered these Ecco shoes online and he’s so excited about them. He told me how much he likes them. I guess they are quality shoes. He’s cute when he gets excited about something like that.

I am so tired tonight. I don’t know why. I keep waking up with sore shoulders though. I think it might have something to do with my pillow, or my bed. Maybe I should look into a sleep number bed someday. I bet that would help. My grandpa got one and said he loved it. I think he got an off-brand, but it still worked really well.
Tomorrow I’m going into my mom’s office to sign some contracts about photographing for their convention. I’m excited! I am professional now! Haha. My mom said to wear jeans since it’s casual Friday, but I hope that will be dressy enough.

I hope I can get a job one of these days. And I hope Will gets a job around here too. Then we don’t have to think about what will happen if we have to live far away from each other.
I wonder how celebrities stay so thin. I am relatively thin by nature, and I have been working out a lot for the past little while, and trying to eat decently, and I still have flab. Maybe they just don’t eat. Or maybe they take the best diet pills. Whatever it is, the are freaks of nature! But that’s okay. I’m happy with the way I look.

I just drove my car to Walmart and I saw the suitcase I left in the back of it. I have been meaning to take that home to my parents, but everytime I go, I forget it’s in my car. It’s the one they beat up so bad on the way back from Argentina. I’d really like to see if we can get them to replace it, since they pretty much destroyed it. Maybe we need to invest in some sturdier luggage. It sucks, because a lot of times, hard-cased luggage is heavier, but I think it would be worth it to not have it get ruined on its first trip aboard an airplane, haha! I was looking at Zero Halliburton luggage on luggagesource.com and they seem to be one of the better brands and pretty hardcore. I think they would stand up. I’d like to get a suitcase like that that would last a while…

I am listening to a soprano solo right now on youtube that I think I might try out for for our spring concert. It will make me nervous I’m sure, if I get it, but it would be a good experience and this semester is my last chance.
This morning, I started my day with a 2-mile run for my PE jogging class. It wasn’t too hard. I walked a couple of times, because I could and no one was watching me. I could have kept going, but I’m out of shape so it was nice to walk for a couple of seconds and catch my breath. I’m hoping to see a difference in toning and definition this semester. I am thankful I don’t need a weight loss pill to acheive my goal, because I am close to where I want to be.

I am about to go to bed and I’m so worn out. I went rock climbing today for the first real time ever, and I did two good climbs all the way to the top. I’m getting into rock climbing a little bit this semester because my boyfriend is into it and it’s fun to go with him. I am so glad that I have my health and can be active and do fun things like that. I had a friend in high school who had cerebral palsy and it affected how he could do things like sports. I have a lot to be thankful for.

We have such a beautiful campus come spring. I can’t wait to sit around on the quad for one last spring semester and enjoy the trees and flowers. I also love walking through our beautiful arboretum once all of the flowers start to bloom. We have so many different kinds of trees in there. My favorite is the Flowering Cherry which is a Japanese tree and looks so beautiful when it blooms.
I also can’t wait to not have to bundle up so much. I am just not a winter girl. I like wearing spring and summer clothes better than layering on tons of warm things for winter. I just get so bored when I have to wear one of the same coats everyday… it’s like you are wearing the same outfit everyday.

From travelling around the world some in the past couple of years, I have decided that I’d really like to get to know my own country better too. There are so many cities around the US that I’ve never been to and that have a lot to offer a traveller that I’d like to check out. I finally made it down to Savannah on my Glee Club Tour, and that was great. I’d really also like to go to Branson, Missouri sometime. My dad went to college in Missouri and he has some great stories from there. I didn’t know there was so much to do in Branson until I was googling US vacations for different cities and I happened upon that website. It seems like a great city to go to for families. It is called the “Live Music Capital of the World,” so it would be a lot of fun to go see some live music there. I’d like to see the 12 Irish Tenors. That site offers great packages with different hotels and attractions included. You can even make up your own package and then bid your own price on it!

I only had one class today for the first day of classes. Jogging. Not very hard. Haha! Especially considering all we did was go over the syllabus today. I figure that class will be an easy excuse to go running and will make me get in shape.
After my one class I went to the gym and then came home and did lots of work around the house like laundry and sorting through old clothes and organizing things. I was looking at my watch, which is kind of fancy and metalic, and I was thinking I’d like to get another one of a different style to have options. Swiss Army watches are pretty nice. I think I might order one online.
Okay, time to put a topcoat on my nails and get ready to go to my boyfriend’s frat party. This is going to be such a great semester because I don’t have much class! Woo hoo! I might need to get a part time job.
